Shu Fen Koh

Shu Fen Koh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Partner & Learning and Head of Human Resources at SWIFT since April 2013, Shu Fen is responsible for HR operations, compliance, and process enhancements for multiple countries including Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Japan. Prior to this role, Shu Fen played a crucial part in expanding headcount and developing employee engagement strategies as Human Resource Manager in Malaysia. Previous roles include Human Resource Manager at Actix and Human Resource Business Partner at Philips, along with early career experience as a Human Resource Executive at Shell autoserv Malaysia. Shu Fen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Administration from Stamford College.
