Amritpal Singh is an accomplished technology leader with a strong background in building and scaling innovative software solutions. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at SwiftAMS since January 2023, Amritpal is instrumental in revolutionizing education and immigration agency management through a comprehensive system that enhances operational efficiency. Previously, as Co-Founder and CTO of CustomerSuccessBox from March 2017 to December 2022, Amritpal transformed customer success management for SaaS companies, successfully scaling the platform for over 500 clients. Other notable contributions include co-founding Promoto.co, developing backend architectures at Advisor HealthCare, and honing technical skills as Senior PHP Developer at Droom Technology and Product Engineer roles at Kayako and Careerdart. Amritpal holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University.
