In 2016, they earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Centennial College. In 2019, they obtained a Sales: Customer Success certification from LinkedIn. In 2020, they became a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Gainsight. Additionally, in 2010, they earned a Venezuelan Radio Announcer Certificate from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
