Richard Coleman has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in the retail, marketing, and business development industries. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Retail Development at Swiftly, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, Richard worked at tccGlobal from May 2020 to April 2023, where they held the position of Vice President of Sales. From September 2017 to May 2020, they held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Conversant, where they focused on driving consumer engagement and brand growth through personalized marketing campaigns. Before that, Richard worked at Label Insight from October 2016 to September 2017 as the Vice President of Client Development - Retail. From 1999 to 2016, they worked at Catalina USA, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Retail Brand Development, Executive Director, and Director of Business Development. Richard's career began in 1996 at DCI Cardmarketing, where they worked as an Account Executive, specializing in card-based marketing programs and data analysis for retail grocery partners.
