Chuck Smith

Chuck Smith currently serves as the Director of Operations at Rocky Talkie since July 2024. Prior to this role, Chuck was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Swiftwick from 2013 to August 2024, where accountability to the Board of Directors included overseeing strategic planning, sales, operations, and financial management. Chuck also held the position of VP of Operations and Product Development at Mattingly Sports from 2006 to 2012, contributing to significant brand growth and expansion into various retail channels. Earlier in their career, Chuck worked as an Engineering Manager at Rawlings Sporting Goods, directing manufacturing processes, and as a Manufacturing Manager at Calsonic Kansei Corporation, where Lean principles were implemented within a Tier 1 automotive environment. Chuck's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, both from Tennessee Technological University.
