Sydney Strong

Sydney Strong currently serves as a Shift Lead at Swig, having joined in March 2023. In this role, Sydney has contributed significantly to improving time efficiency by 80% while enhancing customer experiences. Key achievements include mentoring over 30 team members, excelling in upselling, and reducing line speed to under 60 seconds. Previously, Sydney worked as a Marketing Assistant at Reaction from November 2021 to April 2022. Sydney is pursuing a degree at Brigham Young University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
