Anand Puranik

Anand Puranik is an experienced leader in technical program management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Swiggy since August 2019. In this role, Anand heads the Technical Program Management and Product Support teams, reporting directly to the CTO, while establishing the charter and ways of working for the TPM team, which encompasses a range of engineering organizations and technology stacks. Prior to Swiggy, Anand held various senior positions at Flipkart from March 2012 to July 2019, including Director of Technical Program Management and Associate Director of Strategic Program Management, where responsibilities included managing complex, strategically prioritized initiatives across multiple departments. Earlier career experience includes serving as Technical Manager at Bally Technologies from October 2008 to February 2012, leading a team in developing critical casino management systems, and as a Web Technology Specialist at Verizon, contributing to the setup of its India office. Anand holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
