Daniel Kelley

Daniel Kelley currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Swimlane, starting in September 2023. With extensive experience in customer success and operations, Kelley has held several senior roles, including CX and Sales Consultant at Analytica42 since May 2021, and VP Customer Success/CRO at Redjack from September 2021 to March 2023. Kelley's previous positions encompass Vice President of Customer Success roles at multiple organizations, including Fidelis Cybersecurity and Invincea, Inc., as well as a Vice President of Customer Operations at Anomali. Early career experience includes program management and requirements management within the Department of Defense and service in the United States Marine Corps. Kelley earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
