Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith currently serves as the Competition Manager for Swimming Australia, where responsibilities include managing national level swimming competitions and enhancing inclusivity within the sport. With previous experience as an Event Manager at Swimming NSW, Shannon effectively organized major championships and developed essential event management skills over six years. Prior to returning to the swimming sector, Shannon worked in business development at Holiday Inn Sydney Airport and held various administrative roles in different organizations, demonstrating a solid background in event coordination and office management. Shannon holds an Advanced Diploma in Event Management from the International Career Institute and is passionate about contributing to the swimming community.
