Ian Walters

Ian Walters is the current Head of Finance at Swimply. Prior to their current role, Walters served as the Director of FP&A and Accounting at Bellhop from May 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they led the finance, accounting, and FP&A functions of a mid-stage, high-growth, technology-focused startup. Walters has also served as the Director, Finance & Controller at U.S. Xpress, Inc. from December 2019 to May 2021 and as the Manager, Finance & Accounting at U.S. Xpress, Inc. from January 2019 to December 2019. Prior to their time at U.S. Xpress, Inc., Walters worked as an accountant II from May 2018 to December 2018.

Ian Walters has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Ian Walters reports to Bunim Laskin, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jessica Allen - Head of PR & Communications, Alexander Lanclos - Head of Engineering, and John Chrin - Head of Market Development.
