Reza Ghafari

Reza Ghafari is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture, development, and DevOps practices. Currently serving as Head of Platform Architecture at Foxtel Group since November 2019, Reza has expertise in pipelines, micro-services, cloud native solutions, and Kubernetes. Reza also holds a position as a Lecturer and Learning Advisor at Swinburne Online, teaching undergraduate units in software development, IoT programming, and web development. Previous roles include Software Architecture and DevOps Team Lead at Cubic Transportation Systems, where Reza led a team to enhance processes and CI/CD pipelines, along with significant contributions in earlier positions at Telstra, Hyro, and various technology firms across a diverse range of projects. Reza's academic background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Kharazmi University.
