Lotus Ong

Lotus Ong possesses extensive experience in information technology management within higher education institutions. Currently serving as the Manager of IT at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus and as a VTO at New Era Institute of Vocational and Continuing Education since March 2023, Lotus has previously held significant roles such as Head of Information Technology Services at Wawasan Open University and Head of IT at International Medical University. Additional positions include Director of IT at University of Reading Malaysia and Senior IT Support Manager at University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus, where Lotus contributed to IT solutions for over 16 years. Lotus Ong holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia, earned between 1991 and 1994.
