Lauren Burnell

Lauren Burnell is currently a Customer Experience Designer at Swinburne University of Technology, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Junior Experience Designer at AGL Australia, where Lauren worked on design and project requirements while applying human-centred design principles. Previous to this, Lauren served as an Administration Assistant at Murdoch Children's Research Institute and as a UX/UI Designer at Girls Trade and Ally Assist, where contributions involved research, ideation workshops, and high-fidelity UI prototyping. Before transitioning into design, Lauren held roles in travel consultancy and account management at Corporate Traveller Australia and Flight Centre, focusing on enhancing customer processes and maintaining compliance with business requirements. Lauren completed UX/UI Design training at Academy Xi in 2021.
