Nick Wallis is an experienced professional currently serving as Principal Consultant - Transformation at Western Power, where engagement focuses on redeveloping the technology operating model in alignment with strategic priorities. Wallis also acts as an Industry Mentor for MBA students at RMIT University and for final year students at Swinburne University of Technology. As Director & Co-founder of The Agility Concept since 2016, Wallis has contributed significantly to various organizations, including NAB, where notable achievements include leading transformation initiatives that enhanced operational transparency and resulted in substantial cost savings.
