Rowena Christiansen

Rowena Christiansen is a highly accomplished professional in the fields of medical education and space medicine, currently serving as a Discovery Subject Topic Coordinator at the University of Melbourne, where responsibilities include authoring a new year-long course for MD1 students. Rowena also holds multiple roles in esteemed organizations, such as Associate Editor at npj Microgravity and Vice President of Operations at the Organization for Space Medicine, Engineering, and Design (OSMED). In addition to being a Vice-President of International Services and a Fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association, Rowena contributes as a Lecturer in Physics & Astronomy at Swinburne University and as a Director at Mars Society Australia Inc.
