Gary J. Rafferty

Gary J. Rafferty, P.E., LEED AP, DBIA, has extensive experience in the construction and engineering fields, holding the position of Board Director at Swinerton Builders since 1985, after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer, where responsibility included overseeing all general construction operations. Additionally, since September 2006, Gary has contributed as a lecturer at the CSULB College of Engineering. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Bechtel Power Corp from November 1976 to January 1985 and service as an engineer in the US Peace Corps from June 1974 to July 1976. Gary earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
