Heidi Bilodeau

Heidi Bilodeau is a seasoned professional in business strategy and development with extensive experience in the architecture and construction industries. Currently at Swinerton since August 2023, Heidi previously held the position of Director of Business Acquisition at XL Construction from June 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, Heidi served as Associate Principal and Director of Marketing at Ratcliff Architects from October 2001 to June 2021, and as Director of Marketing at SMITH+SMITH Landscape Architects from June 1999 to October 2001. Early in the career, Heidi worked as Marketing Manager at Ratcliff Architects and as Admissions/Visitor Services Assistant Manager at the Exploratorium. Heidi earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from UCLA.
