Don Porter

Don Porter has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Don began their career at Kitchell Contractors, Inc. in 1981, where they served as the Manager of Support Services. During their time there, they implemented the Total Quality Management Process and managed various programs, including workers' compensation and scheduling requirements. In 1996, they joined Haskell Constructors, Ltd as the Director of Project Support Services, a role they held until 2001. Following that, they worked at Howard-Young International of Nevada as a Manager from 2002 to 2009. Don then started their own consulting company, Porter International, Inc., where they served as a Consultant from 2009 to 2011. Afterwards, they joined Kitchell as a Risk Manager until 2013. Currently, they are the Director of Project Support Services at Swinerton Builders, a position they have held since 2013. In this role, they oversee various services provided during different stages of projects. Don Porter's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, risk mitigation, and construction operations.

Don Porter completed an Associate of Arts degree in Building Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1975 to 1977. Following that, they pursued a field of study in Construction Engineering at Arizona State University from 1978 to 1980, although they did not obtain a specific degree from there.
