Dost Bardouille

Dost Bardouille serves as the Director of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility at Swinerton, leading initiatives in environmental sustainability, carbon reduction strategies, and diversity and inclusion efforts. With extensive experience in sustainability and corporate affairs, Dost currently holds a Senior Associate position at CDA Collaborative Learning Projects, focusing on improving peacebuilding and development effectiveness. Previous roles include Consultant at Bardouille Consulting, Corporate Affairs Consultant at Pan American Silver Corp., and Vice President of Sustainability at Tahoe Resources Inc., where strategic sustainability initiatives were developed to enhance brand value. Dost has also served as the Director of Responsible Business Practice at CDA, with a focus on corporate engagement and social performance.
