Tim Kretzschmar

Tim Kretzschmar has over 28 years of work experience, with a strong focus in the construction industry. Tim is currently working at Swinerton as the Senior Vice President - Regional Manager, a role they started in March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Colorado Division Manager at Swinerton from July 2016 to March 2021. Before joining Swinerton, Tim worked at Q&D Construction for 16 years, where they held the role of Senior Vice President - Building Division from August 1998 to May 2014. Tim began their career at Parsons-Fleming-Taylor as a Project Manager from 1994 to 1998, and prior to that, they were a Project Engineer Intern at Bossardt Corporation from 1993 to 1994.

Tim Kretzschmar earned a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1990 to 1994.
