Ilinka Lagman

Ilinka Lagman is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Swing Education. As the Co-founder and President of Tensix, Ilinka demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and Lead Recruiting Coordinator at Verity Health System, in addition to serving as a College/Career Advisor and Textbook Technician at Milpitas High School. Ilinka also worked as a MUSD CASAS Examiner at Elmwood Correctional Facility. Academically, Ilinka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Long Beach, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from De Anza College. Ilinka is certified as both SHRM-SCP and PHR.
