Adam Palmer has extensive experience in complaints management and social media at Swinton Group. Currently serving as the Complaints Operations Manager and previously as the Technical Complaints Manager since December 2017, Adam has played a significant role in enhancing customer service processes. From August 2014 to September 2017, Adam held the positions of Complaints Manager and Social Media Specialist, contributing to the establishment of the "Social Media Team" within the Customer Assistance department, focusing on risk analysis and continuous improvement. Additionally, Adam worked in a social media role at Swinton Insurance from 2013 to 2015.
