Lars Kollind

Lars Kollind has several years of experience in the gaming industry. Lars is currently the Head of Business Development at Swintt since 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at iSoftBet from October 2020 to January 2023, where they focused on building relationships, developing sales, and exploring new business opportunities. Before iSoftBet, Lars worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Playson from November 2018 to October 2020, where they successfully implemented a media plan and negotiated major deals. Lars also served as the Head of B2B at Global Gaming Group from May 2018 to November 2018. Lars's earlier experience includes being the Global Sales Director at Aspire Global from November 2016 to May 2018, where they oversaw sales operations and managed client relationships. Lars founded Kollind Consulting in December 2012 and provided consultancy services to gaming start-ups and established businesses in the iGaming industry until November 2016.

Lars Kollind has a Master's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, which they obtained from Stockholm University from 1996 to 1997. In 2011, they attended the MTG Leadership Academy where they completed an Executive Leadership Course in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, in October 2011, Lars obtained a certification in MTG Leadership from the Modern Times Group MTG.
