Frankie Porras has held various roles in the customer service and financial industries since 2013. From 2013-2014, they were a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual, where they helped create financial security for clients and their families. From 2014-2016, they were an Operations Analyst and Customer Experience Operations Analyst at Dish Network, where they developed and implemented business processes that improved customer satisfaction and interaction efficiency. From 2016-2018, they were a Customer Success Senior Analyst and Analyst at Mattersight Corporation. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager at SwipeSense Inc. since 2018, where they work on an integrated technology platform to help save lives through technology.

Frankie Porras attended Hobart High School from 2006 to 2010. Frankie then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Purdue University from 2010 to 2014.
