Bharathi Rajan

Bharathi Rajan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are a Member at Women Leaders In Data & AI (WLDA) and Chief. In their previous roles, Bharathi worked as the Vice President - Enterprise Data & Applications at Swire Coca-Cola, USA, where they were responsible for data management strategies, data governance, and data engineering standards. They also served as the Sr. Director - Data Engineering at Optum, leading Microsoft Azure implementations and overseeing data strategy and cloud migration. Prior to that, Bharathi held leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, where they focused on product management, governance, decision architecture, and technology strategy. They also worked as a Manager and Sr. Reporting Business Analyst at Optum, implementing automated processes and client-level dashboards. Earlier in their career, Bharathi gained experience at Medtronic, Fair Isaac, Medtronic Inc, and Harland Financial Solutions in roles related to financial systems analysis, database marketing, and MCIF analysis.

Bharathi Rajan holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance & Accounting from Bangalore University. In 2021, Bharathi completed a program in Data Science for Business Leaders at the Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
