Cindy Mudge has extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness. Cindy'smost recent role was as VP of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at Swire Coca-Cola, USA, where they provided expertise and coaching to business leaders. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources Operations at the same company. Before joining Swire Coca-Cola, USA, Cindy worked as a Principal at Cynthia Mudge & Associates LLC. Cindy also held senior leadership positions at Fresenius Medical Care North America, Whirlpool Corporation, and O-I, where they led HR and organizational development functions. Cindy has a strong background in talent management, performance management, succession planning, and change management. Cindy also has experience in labor relations and benefits administration.

Cindy Mudge has a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University. Cindy also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
