Phil Bollam

Phil Bollam currently serves as Plant Director at MUSH, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Phil held various roles at Danone from April 2014 to May 2023, including Production Director, Processing Manager, and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company as Quality Control Leader and Production Supervisor from October 2011 to April 2014, and at Conception to Reality as Design Engineer / Project Manager from May 2008 to October 2011. Phil began a career in instruction as a Snowboard Instructor at Vail Resorts for children aged 7-14 in late 2007. Phil earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2003 to 2008.
