Andreas Paul Han is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, organization development, and employee engagement across various global companies. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent and Organization Development at Swire Shipping, Andreas has previously held significant roles including HR Vice President at ComfortDelGro, and AVP at ST Engineering, where responsibilities included leading teams to develop and implement HR solutions for over 23,000 employees across multiple regions. Notable achievements include receiving three HR awards at CrimsonLogic for excellence in employee relations, learning and development, and graduate program development. Andreas holds a Master of Training & Development from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honors) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
