Kit Lim is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the marketing, business development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) fields. Kit most recently worked at Swire Shipping as the Global Head of Culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where they developed and implemented strategies across multiple locations. Prior to this, they were at Mayer Brown, where they led the pursuits strategy for the energy and projects practice and played a key role in establishing DEI and wellbeing initiatives. In 2020, they obtained a Mindfulness Diploma from the Centre of Excellence, and also completed a Mastery in Coaching program with the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, Kit Lim has obtained various certifications, including Change Management for HR from LinkedIn, Climate Reality Leader from The Climate Reality Project, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Kit has also completed certifications in First Aid in Mental Health, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Certificate of Achievement - Wellbeing and Resilience at Work from the University of Leeds, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Unconscious Bias, Certificate of Achievement - Digital Marketing from Accenture, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
