Mike Arnold

Mike Arnold has extensive experience in the logistics industry, holding various management positions in prominent companies. Mike is currently the Global Head of Integrated Logistics at Swire Shipping, where they oversee the expansion of their end-to-end intermodal service capabilities. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Australia at Crown Worldwide Group, where they led a team of 180 employees and developed a strategic transformation roadmap. Before that, they were the Managing Director of the Middle East and India at Santa Fe Relocation, responsible for 11 branch operations. Mike also held the position of Country Manager at Linfox, overseeing operations in Indonesia. In addition, they have had multiple roles within Crown Worldwide Group, including Managing Director of Malaysia, Country Manager of Indonesia, General Manager of Hong Kong, and Commercial Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving growth and achieving operational excellence.

Mike Arnold received their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Dalhousie University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In 2016, they obtained an Executive Management Certificate in the same field of study from Monash University. Additionally, they hold an ERC Certified Mobility Specialist certification from GMS.
