Toby Griffiths

Toby Griffiths currently serves as the Country Manager for Australia at Swire Shipping, a position held since April 2023. With a comprehensive background in management and commercial roles, Toby has been a part of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd. since August 2013, participating in the Swire Management Programme. Prior experience includes serving as Country Manager for the Solomon Islands at Tradco Shipping Limited from January 2021 to April 2023, and as a Board Member of the Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce & Industry from April 2022 to March 2023. Toby's tenure at Swire Shipping also includes various managerial roles such as Corporate Development Manager, Commercial Manager for Asia, and Marketing Manager from September 2013 to January 2021. Toby started career pursuits as a Gap Student at North London Collegiate School Jeju and completed an internship at Colliers-International in commercial real estate. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, obtained from 2008 to 2012, following attendance at Cranleigh School from 2003 to 2008.
