Joni Rodriguez

Joni Rodriguez is an experienced human resources professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Hashgraph since May 2022, Joni previously held several HR leadership roles at Hedera, 4ocean PBC, and Tenet Healthcare. Joni's diverse expertise includes HR directing and business partnering, which began with earlier positions at Chewy and Zendesk. Joni also contributed to global service efforts as a TEFL Peace Corps volunteer between 2008 and 2010. Joni holds a Bachelor's degree from Saint Louis University, completed in 2008.
