Nimrod Vishnia-Shabtai

Nimrod Vishnia-Shabtai has a diverse work experience. Nimrod began their career in 1996 as a Guide and Teacher's Mentor at Ta'asiyeda, where they helped develop the country's human capital and encouraged young people to enter the industrial world. From 1996 to 2000, they also worked as an Ed-Tech Implementer at Israel's Ministry of Education.

In 2000, Nimrod joined A2i - Analogue to Interactive as a Software Developer, where they developed VB desktop data tools and later became a DB Modeler, responsible for data modeling, enhancement, manipulation, and migration.

In 2004, they joined SAP Labs as a Senior Developer, working on technologies such as Global Data Synchronization and J2EE modules. Nimrod also served as the Development Team Lead for MDM Web Services and MDM Enrichment Controller components. During their time at SAP Labs, Nimrod defined innovative UI and backend product solutions, issued patents for product differentiators, and developed BPM for Data Governance.

In 2009, Nimrod became a Solution Expert Team Lead at SAP Labs, where they added non-coded assets and services to simplify product adoption and deliver out-of-the-box solutions. Nimrod also conducted workshops, trained key stakeholders, and assisted the sales team in increasing revenue.

From 2014 to 2016, Nimrod worked at BT9 Ltd. as a Senior Product Manager. Nimrod contributed to the development of an IoT product for monitoring supply chains and significantly increased the number of product business scenarios, resulting in new deals and expansion into new markets.

In 2017, they joined Fornova as a Senior Product Manager, defining SaaS roadmaps and overseeing the delivery plan for the online travel industry. Their role involved gathering market intelligence and creating insights for efficient distribution channels.

Currently, Nimrod is the R&D Lead at Swish.ai, where they oversee the development of the DeepCoding Delivery Intelligence Platform. The platform utilizes AI-driven technology to monitor IT delivery operations, predict bottlenecks, flag risks, and provide corrective solutions.
