Tanja Meier has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Tanja worked as an Account Manager and Project Coordinator for Marketing and Communications at KOMET Werbeagentur AG BSW from February 2012 to May 2013. After that, they worked at Hotel Samana Chakra as a Traveler in South America from June 2013 to July 2014. From July 2014 to December 2014, they worked as an Account Manager and Inside Sales at Duscholux Schweiz. Tanja then worked at Hotel Samana Chakra / Angela's Place as a Traveler in South America from January 2015 to June 2015. From July 2015 to November 2016, they worked again as an Account Manager and Inside Sales at Duscholux Schweiz.

From July 2019 to September 2020, Tanja Meier worked as a Territory Manager Schweiz at TrekkSoft. In September 2020, they became the Co-Founder and Head of Sales B2B at Swiss Activities, where they focused on building a platform for guests to find, book, and manage their leisure activities, while also supporting tourism-related SMEs in sales.
Tanja Meier obtained their PR-Fachfrau mit eidg. FA degree in Public Relations from Schweizerisches Public Relations Institut SPRI in the years 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Kaufmännische Ausbildung E-Profil from WKS KV Bern from 2003 to 2006.
