Paul Uglesic

Paul Uglesic is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel operations and management. Currently serving as Regional Director for Operations & Group Culture at Swiss-Belhotel International since March 2019, Uglesic has effectively managed properties across Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Prior roles include General Manager for Swiss-Belinn Muscat, where a successful hotel opening was achieved despite significant construction delays, and General Manager for Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City, noted for exemplary occupancy and profitability during its opening phase. Uglesic also held key positions at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek and Radisson Blu Dubai Downtown, demonstrating extensive operational oversight and project management skills.
