Santhosh Radhakrishnan

Santhosh Radhakrishnan has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Area Training Manager for Swiss-Belhotel International in the Middle East Region since February 2009. In this role, Santhosh is responsible for regional HR development, including setting up learning strategies and conducting training sessions for various properties. Key initiatives include the development of structured training programs linked to hotel strategies, such as motivation, retention, leadership, performance, and quality assurance. Additionally, Santhosh is involved in pre-opening training for new hotels in Dubai and Doha and has successfully launched the "Unity in Variety" cultural awareness campaign. Prior experience includes roles at Corinthia Hotels International, Villa Group of Hotels in the Maldives, and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Santhosh holds an MBA in Tourism and Hospitality with a focus on Human Resources from Bangalore University.
