Noemi Büchler is currently serving as Team Lead Customer Support at Swiss Casinos since April 2022. Prior to this role, Noemi held various positions at dnata from October 2014 to March 2022, including Deputy Department Expert SAS, Lead Agent for Etihad Airways, and Shift Supervisor for Passenger Services. Noemi also worked at Flughafen Zürich AG as AET Care Team Leader from March 2019 to March 2022 and gained initial experience as an intern at HELLO AG in 2015. Noemi is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business IT at FernUniversität in Hagen, with an expected completion between 2020 and 2024.
