Antonios Kipouros

Antonios Kipouros has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Antonios has held various roles in different companies and organizations.

Starting in 2007, Antonios worked as the Head of Knowledge Management & Learning at Avaloq Evolution AG. In this role, they were responsible for leadership, employee development, and knowledge management.

In 2012, Antonios worked as a Researcher at Hochschule Luzern before moving on to Sulzer Management AG, where they held the position of Manager Learning & Development.

Later, in 2014, Antonios became a Program Manager Learning & Development at KPMG Switzerland, followed by a role as an Expert & Consultant Leadership- & Organizational Development at CSS Versicherung in 2015.

Antonios also gained experience as a Network Partner at X-Challenge Consulting in 2014 and as a Judge of Labour Court at District Court / Bezirksgericht in the same year.

In 2016, Antonios joined Swiss Life AG as the Head Learning & Development HR Switzerland. Antonios also became a Lecturer for Conflict Management in the MBA Program at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts during the same year.

Throughout their career, Antonios has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, leadership, and organizational development.

Antonios Kipouros has a diverse education history. Antonios obtained an MBA in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich from 2004 to 2006, with a focus on knowledge management, organizational development, change management, and innovation management. Antonios also completed a Master's program in Systemic Coaching, Counseling, and Conflict Management at zsfb - Zentrum für systemische Forschung und Beratung from 2009 to 2012. In 2010, they underwent training at the University of Bern in managing disruptions and conflicts in events with large groups.

Earlier, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Basel from 1993 to 2000, majoring in Geography and Cultural Sciences, with a focus on urban geography/planning, ecology, and law. Antonios acquired the degrees of M Sc / dipl. geogr. phil. II and People-Society-Environment / Mensch-Gesellschaft-Umwelt (MGU), Certificate of Advanced Studies. Antonios also received an ERASMUS/SOKRATES-Scholarship to study cultural sciences, ecology/oceanography, urban design/planning, and architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 1995 to 1996.

Furthermore, they completed an Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) program at Avaloq Evolution AG in 2008. Prior to their higher education, Antonios Kipouros attended Alte Kantonsschule Aarau, where they obtained a Matura Typus C in 1992.
