Daniel Aregger

Daniel Aregger has extensive experience in internal audit and risk management, currently serving as the Operating Head of Group Internal Audit and Deputy Chief Audit Executive at Swiss Life AG since February 2017. In this role, Daniel Aregger manages key stakeholder relationships, leads the risk assessment and annual audit planning processes, and oversees the delivery of the audit plan. Prior to Swiss Life AG, Daniel Aregger was the Head of Client Administration Review for Asia Pacific at Swiss Re from April 2008 to January 2017, where responsibilities included developing consulting and audit services for (Re)-Insurances. Earlier experience includes roles as Finance & Operational Risk Manager and Internal Audit Manager, along with an internship focused on controlling and accounting. Daniel Aregger holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies specializing in Controlling and Accounting, an Associate in Reinsurance, and a CAS in Insurance.
