Sandro Muri is a seasoned professional in the fields of leadership and talent development, currently serving as Group Head of Learning, People & Organisation Development and Group Head of Talent Development at Swiss Life. Prior to this role, Sandro undertook a paternity leave/family sabbatical and enhanced educational credentials with a focus on Digital Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Leadership Development at LafargeHolcim and Head of Executive Development/Director of Senior Leadership Programs at UBS.
