Anthony Kennaway

Anthony Kennaway has extensive experience in communications and public affairs, currently serving as Head Group Public Affairs at Swiss Re since March 2017, where responsibilities include leading public affairs and stakeholder dialogue, as well as regional communications for the EMEA. Prior roles include Director of Communications at The Geneva Association, managing communications for a leading think tank in the insurance sector, and Head of European Communications at Babcock & Brown, where the establishment of EMEA communications and government affairs programs was crucial. Anthony's career also includes significant experience in corporate communications as an Associate Director at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, managing high-profile projects for major clients, along with a foundational role as a British Army Officer. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Communications from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Egyptology from the University of Liverpool.
