Bianca Argento is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Operations at the Chief Security Office at Swiss Re since March 2001. With previous roles including Global Human Resources Business Partner for Digital & Technology and HR Business Partner for Infotech in Switzerland, Bianca has demonstrated strong leadership in managing international teams and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence and client-centric approaches. Early career experience includes roles at Dewolf & Partners as a lawyer specializing in criminal, family, and construction law.
