Dave Loparco has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President and Head of U.S. Underwriting Risk Management at Swiss Re since March 1990. Previously, Dave held the position of Executive Director at the National COLI Directors Group from June 2008 to April 2024, focusing on Corporate and Bank-Owned Life Insurance markets. Prior to these roles, Dave was Second Vice President at General Reassurance Corporation and Life Reassurance Corporation of America from August 1981 to March 1990. Dave is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute with Distinction, specializing in Risk Selection, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
