David Harper

David Harper is an experienced product owner currently leading the ContactOne for Clients initiative at Swiss Re since January 2020. Prior to this role, David served as Lead Digital Product Manager and Product Manager at Nationwide Building Society from September 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing strategies for Credit Cards and Personal Loans. David began a career in product management as an Assistant Product Manager for the Credit Card customer management team at Nationwide. Earlier experience includes an internship at Procter & Gamble as part of a General Leadership Graduate program. David holds a Diploma in Banking Practice and Management from ifs University College and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of York.
