Jan Cernaj

Jan Cernaj is an experienced professional with a strong background in process and business analysis, currently serving as an Expert Process & Business Analyst and holding multiple leadership roles at Swiss Re since October 2014. Cernaj's expertise includes the analysis and creation of data-driven security services, management of cybersecurity metrics, and the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. Prior to Swiss Re, Cernaj held several leadership positions at T-Systems Slovakia, including Head of Expert Competence Group and Head of Application Solutions Team, where responsibilities encompassed cross-company support, automation improvements, and project management on international initiatives. Cernaj began a career in IT services with RWE IT Slovakia, focusing on customer service and support, and holds a Master of Engineering degree in telecommunications from Žilina University.
