Milan Padych

Milan Padych is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in information technology and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Swiss Re since June 2020, Milan focuses on developing and operating fully digital insurance backend SaaS platforms while building diverse global technology teams. Prior to this role, Milan held positions at Erste Group as Group Head of Development & Operations, where mobile financial applications were developed and operated across Europe. As the Cloud Platform Founder & Technology Manager at Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net, Milan was instrumental in establishing data centers and building teams for cloud operations. Milan's extensive experience at AT&T included roles as Senior Technical Director and Global Head of Cloud and Linux System Hosting, where leadership was provided over network, cloud, and security teams. Earlier career experience includes data center engineering leadership at Telstra. Milan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UNSW.
