Roshni Sebastian

Roshni Sebastian is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Swiss Re since April 2015. In this role, Roshni focuses on designing strategies to enhance employee performance, job satisfaction, and engagement while aligning with organizational goals.
