Dominique Heilmann

Dominique Heilmann, formerly known as Dominique Dieck, is an accomplished professional in the aviation sector with a significant background in operations research and air traffic management. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Operations Research & Air Traffic Management at Swiss International Air Lines since December 2014, Dominique has been involved in key projects such as SESAR2020 and the SESAR Deployment Manager. Previously, Dominique held the position of Head of Operations Research, Business Intelligence & SESAR Deployment at Lufthansa Group from July 2019 to January 2022. Early career experiences include roles as a Project Analyst at various SESAR initiatives and internships at Boeing, Lufthansa, and Fraport AG. Dominique holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Transport Engineering from the same institution.
