Giacomo Bonciolini

Giacomo Bonciolini has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and research.

Giacomo started their career at deMello Group as a Research Intern from February 2015 to July 2015.

In September 2015, they joined ETH Zürich as a Research Assistant and worked there until June 2019.

From July 2019 to June 2021, they served as a Revenue Management Data Scientist at Swiss International Air Lines.

After that, they were promoted to the role of Revenue Management Data Scientist Manager and held this position until June 2023.

Currently, they are working at Swiss International Air Lines as a Principal Data Scientist from July 2023.

Giacomo Bonciolini has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering. Giacomo obtained their Doctor of Science - PhD from ETH Zürich between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma from 2013 to 2015. Giacomo also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they achieved from 2010 to 2013. Before entering university, Giacomo completed their secondary education at Liceo Nomentano Roma, specializing in Informatics as part of the Maturità Scientifica program. In addition to their academic degrees, they obtained the Esame di Stato per l'abilitazione alla professione di Ingegnere (Italian National Engineering License) from Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Roma in 2016.
