Lukas Kurtz

Lukas Kurtz is an experienced IT Project Leader and Business Analyst with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions and digitalization within the aviation industry. Currently serving as a Senior Expert at Swiss International Air Lines since August 2013, Lukas has effectively led the SWISS CRM solution development, transformed project delivery methodologies to SCRUM, and coordinated critical IT projects related to booking systems and service center applications. Previously, positions at ERNI and BMS-Energietechnik AG included consulting and freelance web development roles. Academic qualifications include a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Analysis and a BSc in Business Administration with a Major in Business Information Technology from ZHAW School of Management and Law, complemented by a visiting student experience at Curtin University.
